1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy ensures the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

2. Refunds

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality nuts. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your refund request, provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged or defective product

Upon verification, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
